I don't understand all of these 1 star reviews, every time I go there they are extremely and cool. If you have a kid they will treat you kid amazingly and your kid will have a great time.

Customer service is great they didn't have the color shoe that I ask for but they call another store nearby and I was able to get the shoe I needed thanks again.

Brought my daughter there to get a pair of shoes that she had been wanting and when we walked in Tristan was very polite and helpful he wasn’t like a lot of shoe salesman that try to force every shoe on you he gave a few recommendations and gave us time to look around. I like this place. I barely buy shoes maybe 2-3 pairs a year and same for my son. I remember 2 years ago i used some points for my sons crocs. Apparently I have $44 dollars of points again to use. Pretty cool .
